Okay I'll switch the fanfic to public, for now. Goes back into lockdown if anyone is stupid about it though.

This isn't so much a fic as just a splat, backstory for Knock Out in my LWA/TFP stories (and by extension, DotE, since they all kinda blend together to different degrees). Not edited into a smooth story because, again, more of notes for myself than fic I had wanted to post, but whatever, I'll post it. Sorry there's been a lot of my Knock Out stuff lately, it's either him or Wheeljack, mostly. Love me some sassy bitches.

Flash, part 1

Oh hey I remembered I have a Transformers icon.
Part one has been slightly edited to reflect more recent LWA chapters.

Title: Flash
Characters: Dirge, OC
Summary: The Jhiasian seekers were not happy about the terms of their employment by Megatron: come serve him, or we destroy your rookeries. In retaliation, some of the new arrivals took it upon themselves to attack the nearest Cybertronian youth complex, which housed Seekers and non-Seekers alike. They either didn't know or didn't care that the Jhiasians already stationed on Cybertron had connections to that rookery, and now they must try to make the best of a terrible situation, while continuing to serve as elite Seekers in the Decepticon army.
This takes place during and directly references one of the major (though off-screen) events in Living With Autobots.

moar DotE-verse AU fic

Another long one, this is the first (and so far only) part of another Transformers fanfic set in my Dark of the Earth AU. This takes place before the DotE piece I posted earlier, but in the same place, the small Decepticon way station in the West Virginia mountains where Clarissa got taken. It's a small place. Like, literally only has three Decepticons manning it.

Nick's a character I've doodled a few times before. He's a rare prehistoric creature Hidden, with his 'alt form' being something like a silesaurus. Also a rarity in that he actually went to medical school after the Decepticons took over the planet and was a surgeon in a hospital in a Decepticon-controlled, but very nonchalantly-controlled, city. Before other Decepticons swept in and changed all that.
He's now in his forties, was slated to be killed/used for experimentation by the very Decepticon scientists he was working under, and instead suddenly finds himself somewhere else entirely. And alive.

Called the 'Nick Chronicles' because that's what I named the file.

Dark of the Earth

Next up: Dark of the Earth, my Transformers AU. This is the original draft of the story, intended to be the first chapter but it's uh. Long.

Anyway, the premise is such:
Based on the Bayverse movies, but the Cybertronians are human-sized and they take on human 'alt modes' rather than vehicles. Subspace/hammerspace is a thing. Transforming humans are a thing. Because of the Allspark. Remember how in the movie, when Sam is carrying the Allspark and trips into a parked car, when the Allspark hits it it sends out a wave of energy that basically turns the car into a Transformer?

Well, for this AU, when the Allspark hit Earth 10,000 years ago or whatever, it similarly discharged energy, which rippled around the whole planet. There weren't any machines back then but there were people, and it affected all the currently unborn human children (because fetuses are susceptible to shit), who were then born with the ability to change forms. That trait has carried through to the present day, though it remains rare.

When the Cybertronians came looking for their Allspark, they found a planet with individuals who could shapeshift, and immediately clocked that as something done by the Allspark. The story takes place about 50 years after what many call the Red Night, when the Decepticons revealed themselves and set about conquering humanity so they could colonize the planet. Humanity as a whole was broken apart, many scattering to live in hidden places, some lucky enough to live in fortified human cities, some in cities that are Decepticon-controlled but more lax towards humans, many more living as Cybertronian slaves.

Anyway. Have fun. Or don't, whatever you feel like.
(Hidden = people who can transform
halter = a chemical that stops the transformation process in humans, trapping them in whichever form they're currently in; does not work on Cybertronians because they aren't organic)
